Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar, plus more for rolling
1 egg

Heat oven to 375 F
Stir all ingredients
Roll dough into 1 inch balls
Roll balls in sugar
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press balls with fork to make crisscross
Bake 10 minutes
